This place is amazing! Great cleaned rooms, great spot by the airport and awesome front desk crew. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Ebony tho!! she is so helpful, very friendly, but best part awesome energy!! She definitely made my Christmas and I will definitely be staying here again.
Great and convenient stay. I gave 4 stars due to a miscommunication. We planned to park on-site instead of at the airport and catch the 3:10 shuttle. At 3:06, when we asked if the shuttle was on the way, the front desk informed us there was no room for us. The staff member had a roster and could have told us during the 30 minutes we were already waiting. We had to scramble to find alternative parking and nearly missed our flight.
The rooms were nice. Clean linens. Front service was amazing. Breakfast was good. They had coffee all the time. The pool was ok. A bit cold but the kids still had fun.
Very nice hotel. Clean, and service was great. Close to airport and has a shuttle. The front desk woman in the am on December 4th was professional, kind, and helped our family with all our needs! She deserves a 10 star! Would definitely stay here again!
this hotel is super nice, feels super safe, and provides great amenities. my favorite part of my stay so far has been the lovely ebony at the front desk. colorado isn’t considered “the south,” but ebony has southern charm written all over her. she has treated me with such respect, kindness, and hospitality. you don’t get this everywhere - she deserves a raise!
This hotel should be a 4 star based on service. My entire trip has been full of attitude and rude interaction with people. Thank you for the professionalism and kindness exhibited at your hotel. The front desk service was exceptional providing assistance from shuttle scheduling to hot water for my tea. I will always return! This hotel is a must stay! ⭐
The room was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. We booked this stay near the airport specifically for the airport shuttle. When we checked in we were told the shuttle would be full all morning. We had to hire Lyft! We also were counting on breakfast, but that's not available for early flights so we had to eat in the airport. The two main reasons we chose to stay actually had zero follow through. If we had a car, there is a $12 parking fee! What in the world??
Had to book a room last minute. Had many encounters with Ebony - 1. Being at check in 2. When i had to call down later to schedule a van and 3. When i forgot some toiletries and had to go down to the front desk. Each time she was so nice, attentive and helpful. She made my check in process smooth, thanked me for being a gold member, and issued me my complimentary snack and water. She was nice when she answered the phone and assured me my shuttle was scheduled. She gave me more toiletries than I needed in a “just in case” manner and I’m thankful. She made my Christmas Day a little more bright with her kindness as i had to be away from family!
